How To Use DIY Alloy Wheel Repair Kit

STEP 1: Remove any rough edges or unevenness around the damaged area using the sanding file.

STEP 2: Clean the damaged area with the cleaner.

STEP 3: Identify the amount of damage suffered in the targeted area.

Check the damaged area to decide if it is necessary to use the adhesive. If the damage is severe, continue to step 4. If the damage is mild, skip stepping 5.

STEP 4: Mix the adhesive with the provided spatula. Once the compound is mixed into a solid colour, use the spatula to fill in the damaged area with the compound, making sure the surface is smooth. Note: Operating time is 2-3 minutes. The mixed adhesive compound cures in 5 minutes.

STEP 5: Painting: Clean the damaged area. Using the provided brush and paint, paint over the damaged area. (It is recommended to shake the paint before use.) Leave the paint dry for 1 hour.
