Сделана она из пластика, кольцевая часть одевается на одну ногу, ей и вращается скакалка, а маленькое колесико, которое во время вращения мигает разными цветами - нужно перепрыгивать второй ногой. Игрушка, думаю, совсем не дорогая, но очень интересная, ребенок по-долгу занимается ей, с удовольствием. Мне тоже идея очень понравилась. Классная игрушка. Продавца рекомендую!
