What is a CMY Cube?
Inspired by American artist Vasa Mihich, who developed techniques for working with colored forms based on simple Euclidean shapes in the 1960s. With an advanced understanding of optical complexities, Vasa has become, in the words of Henry Seldis, former art critic of The Los Angeles Times, “the most sensuous and sensational colorist of the southern California artists working in plastic.” These CMY cubes are colored with primary colors Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow (CMY) on each surface.
